TAction Community Management recently took over our community’s HOA. So lets be honest, no one really likes HOAs. That said, I was having a billing issue apparently caused by the old management company. I sent an email to ACM and received a timely response from Rachel Richardson. After an exchange of emails the problem was resolved.
